Refund Policy – New Dawn Coaching

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services provided by New Dawn Coaching. By booking or purchasing coaching services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Coaching Services

New Dawn Coaching provides coaching services, including divorce and break-up coaching, delivered on a one-to-one basis or as part of a coaching package. Coaching services are time-based and personalised to the client.

2. Cooling-Off Period (Distance Selling)

Where services are purchased online or at a distance, clients may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you request that coaching services begin within this 14-day period, you acknowledge that you may lose your right to a full refund once services have started.

3. Refunds for Individual Sessions

Refunds for individual coaching sessions will not normally be provided once the session has taken place.

If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose to reschedule the session instead of receiving a refund.

4. Refunds for Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are offered at a discounted rate and are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

At the discretion of New Dawn Coaching, a partial refund may be considered for unused sessions in exceptional circumstances. Any refund will be calculated based on the full single-session rate, not the discounted package price.

5. Missed or Late-Cancelled Sessions

Sessions missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not refundable and may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or unforeseen emergencies. Supporting information may be requested.

7. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible and processed within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Changes to This Policy

New Dawn Coaching reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The most current version will always be published on the website.
