Accessibility Statement

New Dawn Coaching is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We want everyone who visits our site to feel supported, included, and able to access the information and services we provide.

Our Commitment

We aim to make our website accessible in line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, at Level AA, as far as reasonably possible. These guidelines help make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive, or motor impairments.

What We Are Doing

We have designed our website so that you should be able to:
- Zoom in up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Navigate most of the site using a keyboard or assistive technology
- Use screen readers to access content
- Read text that has sufficient colour contrast
- Access clear headings and structured content
- Understand information written in plain, supportive language

We are mindful that many of our visitors may be experiencing emotional stress, life transitions, or trauma, and we aim to present information in a calm, respectful, and non-overwhelming way.

Known Limitations

While we strive to make all areas of our website accessible, some parts may not yet be fully compliant. For example:
- Some images may not yet have full alternative (alt) text
- Certain third-party tools or embedded content may have accessibility limitations outside of our control

We are actively working to identify and address these issues.
